The article mention about the many types of leadership in the actuality. The autocratic leaders, democratic leaders and Laissez-faire leaders, in my opinion, in our times, the different styles must to be strong and considered, our society need persons whit the mind creative, and ethics.
The most important for me, it was the Theory the Power and Influence, because i think whit this teory, we can make a better persons in our Jobs. This strategy has the power in the people, in their live.
In the leadership motivation assesment, my score was 56 pounts, maybe, i consider a leadership in my job and mi life. Because i´m achieving my life project.
In my opinión, a leadership have to vocation and spirit, buy not only in the job, has to be in the life, whit the family, friends and the society.
The Leadership Process Model, it´s very interesting, because incluid the key factors ….How can i be a leadership!!!!, all keys are important for me, i can´t be a leadership if i can´t have positves results, o i cant´ have a satisfied followers.
In sumary, for me a being a leadership, i have to whant to be!!! I like this idea, our society needs to persons, with principles and ethics, for chance this world, it´s very complicated, but i belive in this!!! Our history is marked by leaders!!!!
My opinion on reading authentic leadership is that we must break with all styles marked or taxes that only born leader, since it has been shown that techniques and skills applied to detected formulas can give results in a good leader.
Now that the idea of natural leader is the source and basis for exercises and experiments to develop courses and readings in this topic.
I call attention to the title "authentic leader" because it takes into account specific issues such as TRUST, COMMUNICATION, THE INSPIRATION TO ACHIEVE COMMON PURPOSE.
The reading technique was initially using scanning and then promptly stensive Reading for understanding the topic.

Es por esta razón que me comunico contigo de ésta manera. Respecto a la lectura, la realice en varias ocasiones tratando de comprender de que se trataba, finalmente al darme cuenta que en muchas palabras no conocía su significado las busque en el diccionario y entonces pude entender que hablaba de las posibilidades de ser un líder siendo persistente y que hay más de treinta artículos que me pueden ayudar a desarrollar algunas habilidades para ser líder, haciendo el esfuerzo necesario. en esta ocación realice o mas bien dicho utilice el metodo de SCANNING ya que primero lei rapidamente tratando de identificar las palabras conocidas y posteriormente utilice el diccionario para apoyarme en la traducción. These four theories let me see that several of my qualities if I can bring development to be a leader coupled with my experiences of life.
Theories of behavior where a leader proposes and others follow, like engaging the team for decision making to increase the acceptance and support.
It is known that the best leaders are those who can use different styles of behavior, and choosing the right style for every situation
