The article mention about the many types of leadership in the actuality. The autocratic leaders, democratic leaders and Laissez-faire leaders, in my opinion, in our times, the different styles must to be strong and considered, our society need persons whit the mind creative, and ethics.
The most important for me, it was the Theory the Power and Influence, because i think whit this teory, we can make a better persons in our Jobs. This strategy has the power in the people, in their live.
In the leadership motivation assesment, my score was56 pounts, maybe, i consider a leadership in my job and mi life. Because i´m achieving my life project.
In my opinión, a leadership have to vocation and spirit, buy not only in the job, has to be in the life, whit the family, friends and the society.
The Leadership Process Model, it´s very interesting, because incluid the key factors ….How can i be a leadership!!!!, all keys are important or me, i can´t be a leadership if i can´t have positives results, o i cant´ have a satisfied followers.
In sumary, for me a being a leadership, i have to whant to be!!! I like this idea, our society needs to persons, with principles and ethics, for chance this world, it´s very complicated, but i belive in this!!! Our history is marked by leaders!!!! I whant to be a one, in my live!!.
